My Expertise – It Found Me
Long before I trained as a therapist, I was fascinated by how the body works.
Growing up in Bulgaria, I studied Biology and Science and found myself constantly drawn to the complexity of the human body and its incredible ability to heal. When I moved to the UK in my twenties, that curiosity stayed with me and led me into further education and professional training.
Over the years I studied Beauty Therapy, Anatomy and Physiology, Laser and Light Therapies, massage, phlebotomy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage through the internationally recognised Dr Vodder method and other. And I continue to advance my techniques
There is always one theme running through everything I learned: the body.
How it moves. How it heals. And why some people seem to recover so much more smoothly than others.
The beauty therapy side – I am focused on advanced treatments that promote healthy skin barrier, or address scarring. Anyone after nails, lashes, waxing, or spray tan – I am not your gal 🙂
Why Recovery Became My Passion
Early in my career, I began seeing more and more patients who had undergone cosmetic surgery.
Some recovered quickly and comfortably. Others struggled with swelling, fibrosis, discomfort, uncertainty and anxiety about whether their healing was progressing normally.
I realised that while surgery itself receives enormous attention, recovery is often the stage where patients need the most support.
That’s when my focus shifted.
I began dedicating more of my work to post-surgical care, learning directly from experienced surgeons, observing recovery patterns, and developing a deeper understanding of what the body needs during healing.
More than a decade later, post-operative recovery remains the core of my practice.
Why Some Patients Recover Faster Than Others?
The truth is that healing isn’t determined by surgery alone.
The body’s ability to recover is influenced by many factors — swelling management, circulation, movement, compression, sleep, nutrition, stress levels and, importantly, the quality of aftercare.
Over the years, I’ve seen first-hand how the right support can transform someone’s recovery experience.
It’s not about rushing the body. It’s about creating the right conditions for healing to happen as efficiently and comfortably as possible.
That’s where specialist aftercare and Manual Lymphatic Drainage can make such a difference.
Working Alongside Some of the UK’s Leading Surgeons
Over the years, I have had the privilege of working closely with some of the UK’s most respected cosmetic and plastic surgeons.
Through these professional relationships, I have supported patients recovering from procedures including liposuction, VASER liposuction, J-Plasma Renuvion, fat transfer, tummy tuck surgery, breast augmentation and many other cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.
Surgeons including Grant Hamlet, Christopher Davies, David Floyd and Dennis Wolf have trusted me with the ongoing care of their patients, something I never take for granted.
But whether your surgeon refers you to me or you’ve found me yourself, you’ll receive exactly the same care and attention.
My clinic is open to anyone who wants knowledgeable, supportive guidance through recovery.
More Than Just Treatment
One thing my patients quickly discover is that my work goes beyond the treatment room.
Recovery can be emotional. There are questions, worries and moments of uncertainty that don’t always fit neatly into a treatment session.
I believe patients deserve support, education and honest guidance throughout the process.
That belief has shaped everything I do, from the way I work with clients to developing my own range of recovery compression garments after seeing gaps in what was available on the market.
My goal has always been simple: to give patients the kind of support I would want for myself or someone I care about.

A Safe Pair of Hands Through Recovery
Recovery isn’t just about reducing swelling or treating fibrosis.
It’s about feeling reassured when you’re worried.
Feeling informed when you’re uncertain.
And feeling supported while your body does the important work of healing.
Whether you’re preparing for surgery, recovering in the early weeks, or addressing concerns months later, I’m here to guide you through every stage with experience, honesty and care.
Because surgery is only one day.
Recovery is the journey that follows.
